It is possible to upgrade or make changes after purchase, but it depends on the status of your order.
Upgrading Before Shipping:
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can make changes, including upgrading to a bundle or adding items including the chiller. Click this link to request changes and describe how you'd like to modify your order. We’ll adjust your order and process the upgrade accordingly.
After Shipping or Use:
If your order has already shipped, or if the IcePod has been used, the situation becomes more complex. Please reach out to us at [email protected]. If the IcePod hasn’t been used, we can provide return instructions and send you an invoice for the price difference.
