Why is my water circulation slow?Updated 4 months ago

If you’re experiencing slow water circulation, it’s often due to a clogged filter. Here’s how you can address and resolve the issue:


Clogged Filter: Over time, dirt and debris can clog the filter, which reduces water flow to the IcePod or stops it completely. Cleaning or replacing the filter should help restore proper circulation.

Cleaning Instructions: For step-by-step instructions on how to clean your filter, please refer to this article: How do i clean my water filter. You can typically clean the filter 2-3 times before it needs to be replaced.

Filter Replacement: If more than 30 days have passed since the last filter change, it is likely time to replace it. Filters should be changed approximately every 30 days to ensure optimal performance and water flow. You can purchase new filters here: 4-Pack Chiller Filters.

Note: Using a filter for more than 2 months can potentially damage the system and void the warranty.
