Yes, you can! Please see the image below showing how to connect a standard IcePod with 1 drain valve to the water chiller:
Simply connect the inlet hose to the filter side of the water chiller (where water enters the chiller), and then hang the outlet hose (where the water exits) over the edge of the IcePod. This setup allows you to use the water chiller without needing two drain valves.
This option is perfect if you want to start with the standard IcePod to try out cold water therapy, and then add the chiller later once you’re hooked on ice baths, which we guarantee you will be!
We do, however, recommend purchasing our IcePod PRO or LongPod models if you end up getting a chiller. These models always come with two drain valves for easy chiller connection.
