How to modify/cancel my subscription?Updated 4 months ago

We always recommend pausing or delaying your subscription if you have extra products, as our cleanser, sanitizer, and filters are vital for a clean and healthy ice bath experience.

If you’d like to pause, edit, or cancel your subscription, just follow these quick steps:

• Click on Manage Subscription. A new window will open—enter your email and click “send login.”

• Check your SMS and email for a 4-digit code. Use this code to access the page where you can make changes.

• You’re all set! Choose from the menu on the right to adjust your subscription.

IMPORTANT:  

To ensure your ice bath operates efficiently and effectively, it’s crucial to change your filters every month. Neglecting this maintenance can lead to significant issues, including potential damage to the chiller and pump. If you go more than two months without changing the filters, you risk voiding your warranty.

Regular filter changes help maintain the quality of your ice bath, ensuring optimal performance and longevity. Don’t wait - make this simple maintenance task a priority to keep your system in top shape!
