Whether you are setting up a brand-new chiller, setting up a refurbished unit, or maintaining an older setup, this guide contains direct links to all the setup videos and user manuals across every version of The Pod Company Water Chillers.

1. Chiller 2.0 (Latest Generation)

If you recently purchased a Chiller 2.0, use the resources below for setup, installation, and operation.

2. Standard & Pro Chillers — Click & Connect Fittings

Our newer Standard and Pro Chillers utilize Click & Connect fittings for quick, leak-free assembly.

Important Note on Top Port Connections: The visuals in the manual and setup video currently show older screw-on ports at the top of the chiller. We have upgraded the top chiller ports to full Click & Connect fittings as well. The assembly process is identical, simply click and connect the hoses to the top ports the exact same way you do with the rest of the fittings.

3. Standard & Pro Chillers — Screw-On Fittings (Legacy / Refurbished)

If you have an older generation unit or a refurbished unit, your system may use threaded Screw-On fittings.  

4. Universal Standard & Pro Chiller Setup (Bathtubs & Non-Plumbed Tubs)

If you purchased the Universal Ice Bath Chiller package, you will receive the standard hoses and fittings plus two universal submergible hoses, a wrench and an extra fitting. These allow you to run the chiller with a regular bathtub or any tub that doesn't have built-in plumbing ports.

Important Setup Note: The video demonstrates converting an existing plumbed Pod setup over to a universal setup. If you are setting up fresh from scratch without a Pod, keep in mind that the video shows this conversion process—we are currently working on an updated video to make this clearer!
