As of January 15, 2026, the Water Chiller includes a standard 2-year warranty, providing reliable coverage from the start.

Previous Warranty Policy (before January 15, 2026):
Water Chillers were offered with a 1-year standard warranty. Customers could purchase an extended 2-year warranty, resulting in a total coverage of 24 months (not 12 + 24 months).
