If your IcePod's top ring starts losing air immediately after inflation, it’s likely that the escape vent hasn’t been installed correctly. Please refer to the attached image for guidance on adjusting the vent.

After making the adjustment, try inflating the top ring again. Our hand pump is designed to prevent over-inflating, so there’s no need to worry about that.
