Why is my IcePod's top ring deformed or squared instead of round?Updated 8 months ago

If your top ring appears squared or deformed, it’s likely been pushed inside the IcePod. 

Follow these steps to get your IcePod back into perfect shape:

1. Gently Pull the Top Ring: Start by lightly pulling the top ring up and back into place without deflating. Often, a small adjustment is all it takes.

2. Deflate and Refold: If the first step doesn’t work, deflate the top ring completely and fold it up and outwards before inflating it again.

3. Proper Inflation: Inflate the top ring using the hand pump, ensuring the air vent is positioned as shown in the image below. Pump until most wrinkles disappear. Our hand pump is designed to prevent over-inflating, so you don’t need to worry about that.

4. Fill with Water: If the top ring still doesn’t take the desired form, fill the IcePod with water. The water pressure should help shape the ring. If it still doesn’t work, there might be a defect.
