What are your return and refund policy rules for the IcePod?Updated 2 months ago

We’re proud to offer a 30-day worldwide return policy for our IcePod, giving you plenty of time to see if it’s the right fit. To return your IcePod, ensure it’s unused, in new condition, and all parts are included.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for IcePods that have been filled with water. Feel free to unpack and inspect the IcePod without water to ensure it meets your expectations.

To initiate a return, just contact our customer support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. While return shipping costs aren’t covered, we’ll issue a full refund once the IcePod is inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition.
